NANGA SYSTEMS is now TISAX Level 3 certified. This certification attests to NANGA SYSTEMS’ ability to maintain the highest information security and data protection standards.
Level 3 is the highest level of TISAX certification achievable and a clear testimony that NANGA SYSTEMS has implemented the most stringent information security controls and processes.
TISAX stands for Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange and is a standard developed by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) to protect sensitive data exchanged between partners in the automotive industry. TISAX certification is a rigorous process that requires comprehensive security measures to be implemented and maintained and is specifically adapted to the needs of the automotive industry.
The TISAX certification process has several stages, including an initial self-assessment, an external audit by an accredited TISAX auditor, and the production of a report made available to other companies within the TISAX community. The TISAX assessment evaluates a company’s information security management system (ISMS) against 100 security criteria, including access control, data protection, incident management, and risk management.
In order to obtain TISAX certification, NANGA SYSTEMS underwent a thorough review of its ISMS and implemented additional security measures. These measures included the introduction of access control and data encryption policies, incident response procedures, and staff training on information security best practices.
