Use Case
A customer in the medical industry was about to merge two locations. Although the customer used the same tool at both locations, the different processes in the departments and teams made collaboration between the two locations significantly more difficult.

GAP ANALYSE
The goal of the project was to bring both sites onto one tool based on the same configuration and process flows.

SOLUTION
With the help of a workshop at both sites, all requirements were identified. PTC Windchill RV&S served as the approach for automating the processes as well as the cross-team and cross-discipline collaboration of both sites.

IMPLEMENTATION
Through the iterative approach in regular workshops, the requirements were sustainably introduced into the prototype of the software instance and individually further developed.

Even after the transfer from pilot to operational use, we ensured efficient use in everyday work through individual training and accompanying customer support.
